The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position. We are especially interested in applicants who are able to make research and teaching contributions in the areas of natural resource economics, energy economics, environmental economics, and empirical methods (applied econometrics, data science). We are looking for candidates who can take advantage of our location in the Rausser College of Natural Resources, which features excellent faculty in complementary disciplines.

Qualifications
Ph.D. (or equivalent international degree), or enrolled in Ph.D. or equivalent international degree-granting program at the time of application.
Ph.D. (or equivalent international degree) in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Applied Economics, or a related area, is preferred by the appointment start date.
