The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the Economic Analysis and Policy Group. We will be filling one position with an expected start date of July 1, 2019.

Qualifications:
Basic qualifications: Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent international degree, or be enrolled in an accredited doctoral program or equivalent international degree-granting program, at the time of application.

Preferred qualifications: Applicants with a PhD or equivalent international degree (or who have advanced to PhD candidacy and will complete the doctoral degree or equivalent degree within six months of the start date) in Economics, Business, or other related fields. We are particularly interested in candidates conducting research in applied microeconomics, broadly defined, with a preference for a candidate who has expertise in microeconomic theory as applied to business issues, applies theory to empirical work, and/ or uses state-of- the-art techniques for analyzing economic data. Applicants whose research, teaching, and service has prepared them to contribute to diversity and inclusion in higher education are encouraged to highlight these points in their application.
