Position description

The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, invites applications for a non-tenured (tenure track) faculty position in Marketing. We seek to make one appointment with the expected start date of July 1, 2017.

Basic qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree or be enrolled in an accredited doctoral program at the time of application. Additional qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree, or complete the doctoral degree or equivalent degree by July 1,
2017, and submit evidence of research and teaching. Preferred qualifications: The Haas School encourages candidates to apply whose research, teaching, or service has prepared them to contribute to diversity and inclusion in higher education; we are also particularly interested in candidates
whose research contributes to our strategic focus on innovation.

The Initial Review Date for applications will be August 12, 2016. Applications submissions will be accepted through September 30, 2016. Candidates who plan to attend the 2016 AMA Summer Marketing Educators’ Conference in Atlanta are strongly encouraged to apply by July 22, 2016.
