The Department of Sociology at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for a tenure-track faculty position with a start date of July 1, 2014. Candidates will be considered regardless of field of specialization. The position’s duties include: academic research and publications, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and administrative service.

A Ph.D. or equivalent is required by June 30, 2015.

Letters of recommendation will be accepted up to one month after the deadline for other documents. All letters will be treated as confidential per University of California policy and California state law.
