Position description

We are seeking an outstanding Lecturer who can teach EDUC 277A: Leaders of Systemic Transformation I, a rigorous introductory course in systems thinking and change management, in the Leaders for Equity and Democracy (EdD) program, which focuses on educational system leadership from PreK - university. In addition to teaching responsibilities, duties include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials, and collaborating with LEAD program leaders, fellow instructors, and students’ Senate Faculty advisors.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

PhD or EdD or equivalent international degree.

Additional qualifications (required at time of start)

Five years professional experience in education.

Preferred qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years professional experience in public education settings.
