Position title: Assistant Professor

Position description

The Department of Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, invites applications for two faculty positions at the assistant professor level. We will consider creative and energetic candidates who show promise or accomplishment in research, teaching, and mentoring. Preference will be given to candidates in the broadly defined fields of physical chemistry and organic chemistry, but candidates in all areas of chemistry are encouraged to apply.

The basic qualification for this position is a Ph.D. or equivalent international degree at the time of application.
